This depends on your goals. Clients begin with an opening ‘discovery’ session and move to a series of agreed sessions to work on issues of concern and build momentum toward lasting change. You are in control of frequency and duration. You can meet with Ann online or face-to-face. When working with Ann, you would normally start with a block of 5 sessions and add to that if needed.
