What clients say
I have had the pleasure of knowing Ann for over two decades now. Our partnership emerged via the IQEQ Network back in 2005, when I was at Disney and later at ASOS. Ann brought a new perspective and way of thinking about the world through her professional expertise in change and her application. Our partnership at that time was engaging, inspirational, open to learning (from both sides) and grounded in authenticity and impact. I always walked away, feeling safely held, with greater curiosity and a different way of viewing a situation after our thought-provoking dialogue. We maintained and evolved our connection, as I moved internationally. Over time, I have trusted Ann with personal matters which benefited from an unbiased, objective opinion, which I am hugely grateful for. It has been an absolute joy.
Ann worked with me online when I was considering next steps in my career. I found her experienced view – and support – invaluable and she helped me to really think through what my next steps should be and how I might get there. I felt Ann understood where I was at and cared about the outcome. I have since transitioned into a new role.
Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Know Which Coaching Service is Right for Me?
That’s exactly what the introductory conversation is for. You don’t need a perfectly defined problem or a clear goal. If you’re feeling stuck, navigating change, or simply know something isn’t working, we’ll talk it through and decide together where to begin.
Is Coaching Only for People Changing Jobs?
No. Coaching supports anyone experiencing change at work, whether you’re considering a new direction, returning after redundancy or a career break, stepping into a different role, or adapting to organisational change that wasn’t your choice.
Do I Need to Have a Specific Problem Before Starting Coaching?
Not at all. Some people come with a clearly defined challenge, while others simply know that something isn’t working. Coaching provides a safe space to think more clearly, explore options and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Do You Offer Your Coaching Services Online or in Person?
I offer career coaching both online and in person. Face-to-face sessions are available in London and across the South East, while online coaching offers the same confidential, one-to-one support wherever you’re based.
How Do I Get Started?
Everything starts with a free introductory conversation. It’s an opportunity to discuss what’s bringing you to coaching, ask any questions you have, and decide whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no obligation to continue afterwards.
